The restaurant "Dei Lorena" located at the top floor, boasts typical Tuscan dishes. Light and vegetarian menus are also available. American buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at table and a la carte.

In the East Baths area there is also the Hammam of the Grand Dukes hosted in a small natural grotto in which the water is gathered in a stone bathtub where you can lie.
